Entertainment

Willtown

Sitting backstage, the murmur of the crowd slowly builds in anticipation of the evening to come. It’s hard to believe the band known as Willtown has quietly amassed this big of a following. Hard to believe that is, until you see them live.

As the lights go out and Dave, Eric, Kevin, James and Chad take the stage, it becomes immediately apparent how these five men got to where they are now.

A straight forward sound, that is sometimes short and staccato and at other times soars to heights not normally seen by a “local Band”. To call Willtown a local band is not exactly a correct description. Willtown’s credits include opening for bands like The Beach Boys, Third Eye Blind, Filter, Everclear, Joe Cocker, and Seven Mary Three, to name a few. Willtown’s fan base also extends internationally as Willtown was asked to play an extended event in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Whether It’s hosting a party on Wall street in Orlando, rocking the masses, helping local radio stations increase attendance at festival style events, or rocking out with thousands at the many holiday parties on Church Street in downtown Orlando, Willtown has a long standing tradition of giving fans just what they want. Straight forward honest music that can only come from a group of well honed musicians in perfect harmony. Willtown is real. The music, live performances, and fans speak for themselves. Willtown is here to stay!
